Dream Machine Opens Subconscious to Outsiders in Brilliant Anime Fantasy
Wed March 11

Paprika is a visually thrilling film from Japan's Satoshi Kon that explores the boundaries between dreams and reality, as well as those between humans and machines. The DC-Mini is a new invention devised to allow therapists to help patients by seeing their patients' dreams. When one of the devices falls into the wrong hands, the lines between reality and dreams begin to blur. Dr. Atsuko Chiba is the scientist who must find and stop the thief; Paprika is the dreamworld avatar she deploys in this quest.
