Join us for a panel discussion on work/life balance issues in the restaurant industry, followed by lunch, at Jax Fish House. Panelists include Dave Query (owner/founder, Big Red F Restaurant Group), Sheila Lucero (executive chef, Jax Fish House restaurants), Theo Adley (executive chef, the Squeaky Bean), Evan Faber (director of brand development, Moxie Sozo and former beverage director, Salt Bistro), and Rose Votta (server extraordinaire, Frasca Food and Wine).
